Yin Restorative Yoga for the Chakras
The Chakras are important energy centers that are connected to our physical, mental and emotional body. We have 7 main Chakras which are situated along the spine. In this class, we will practice Yin restorative yoga poses using props to fully support the body, as well as breath techniques, to gently stimulate the 7 centers so the energy starts to flow and the chakra can balance itself if needed. Enjoy the results of letting go both physically and mentally so you can unwind, restore, and finish class feeling wonderful. Treat yourself to this experience of pure bliss!
No yoga experience is necessary and all student levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and two small blankets with you and we will supply the rest of the props. Please note that this will only run if the minimum registration is achieved.
