*All applications take 1-2 business days to be approved. Approval is based on staff availability and other scheduled programs. Do not send out invitations or make further plans until you receive an approval call from our Facility Rental Coordinator. Additionally, it is not our policy to hold dates. Rentals are accepted on a first come first serve basis.

The Park District of La Grange has eleven parks with so much to offer! We encourage patrons to use our outdoor spaces to improve their health and enrich their lives. All organized functions or activities held by any group other than PDLG programs and events require an approved permit. Applications can be obtained from the Recreation Center located at 536 East Avenue. All rentals require a refundable $100 damage/security deposit at the time of application. Rental fees for park amenities listed below are due two weeks in advance of the rental date. Make our parks your fun destination! Outdoor Rules and Regulations

  • The possession and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
  • Amplified music is not allowed.
  • No open fires are permitted. Outdoor Cooking is only allowed with prior consent from Park District staff. No charcoal grilling is allowed.
  • Dogs, that are on a leash and under control of the owner, are permitted to be in the parks. Dogs may not be on any athletic field or surface (baseball field, soccer field, tennis courts, etc.).
  • No golfing allowed.
  • Use proper waste receptacles provided in parks.
  • Parks are open from sunrise to sunset.
  • Tents and/or shelters may not be erected without an approved permit and two weeks notice before rental date.
