Dave has a Master's of Science degree in Adult and Corporate Fitness from University of Illinois, as well as a certified personally trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine. With over 30 years experience in fitness and personal training, a varsity letter winner in basketball and Ironman triathlon finisher. Dave believes that daily exercise is such an important part of living a long, healthy and capable life. Functional resistance training allows a person to enjoy whatever physical activities they pursue; be it gardening, biking with the grandkids, golfing, tennis etc.
Specialty areas: Weight loss, deconditioned adults, sports specific training and conditioning, boxing and martial arts, triathlon and obstacle course training.
Availability: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5 AM to 5 PM; Tuesday & Thursday 9am to 5pm; Saturday 7am to 12pm
Rudy is certified through International Sports Science Association (ISSA), as well as a high school athletic coach. His love for sports has drawn him deeper into the physical fitness world working with athletes. His focus started off with speed and agility training before branching off into strength and conditioning training. As he continues to grow and build his knowledge in the field, he aspires to help athletes achieve their goals, and anyone looking for a happier healthier life. He focuses on the physical training, but he will test your mental toughness by challenging you and motivating you with passion! He is a strong believer in the 5 P's: patience, positivity, persistence, perseverance, and passion while stressing that how hard you work will determine how successful you will be!

Lise is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and has a specialization in weight loss through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). A self-proclaimed exercise “junkie”, Lise has been heavily involved in fitness since her teens. She is a Tae Kwon Do black belt, has been an avid jogger “forever” and also enjoys hiking and bicycling. Her mantra is that “exercise is medicine”, and her approach includes a holistic view of integrating functional exercise with nutrition and life balance. Whether your goals are getting off the couch (she does have “couch sitting” routines!), getting in shape for your favorite sport, or just refusing to age, she has a program for you.

Cindy has been a fitness enthusiast for 30 plus years. She has a passion of taking care of herself and others. Cindy is certified through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and has a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification in exercise nutrition. Together you will set goals for fitness and nutrition. Cindy will help you to achieve your fitness and nutritional goals. Cindy will create a unique personalize plan that will help you realize those goals. Whether it is building muscle, losing weight, toning, improving mobility or creating a happier lifestyle, Cindy will help you to achieve your fitness and nutritional goals. You will not find a more positive and determined personal trainer/nutrition coach that will make you feel better about yourself.

Tristin discovered his love for human movement during his early years growing up competing in atzhletics. Ever since, he has spent a vast amount of time working towards perfecting his craft and molding his training philosophy. Tristin believes every person is different, which is why he creates detailed programs specific to your individual needs. Tristin is certified through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and is a USSF licensed youth soccer coach. His background in training youth soccer players and human physiology allows him to work with people in a tailored fashion in order to elevate them to new fitness heights. Tristin specializes in strength and power development, sport-specific training, weight loss and injury prevention as well as balance, mobilization and stabilization techniques.

Angela is certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE). She is passionate about helping others find happiness and feel good about themselves. Angela believes that when you “feel good” you excel in life. According to Angela, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights; it’s about a good warm up, balanced nutrition and building up cardiovascular endurance. Angela’s training specialty is; strength training, booty building, weight loss and bodybuilding. She takes pride in every one of her clients and is dedicated to helping them all reach their goals.
