Outdoor group fitness classes are a great way to get your workout in while enjoying our beautiful parks!


Outdoor Total Body Conditioning - Monday -7/12-7/26 - 6pm-7pm- Gordon Park- CANCELLED
This class will improve cardiovascular fitness, agility and strength and will help maximize calorie burn! In this workout, we will utilize a variety of body weight conditioning, strength and endurance exercises to provide the challenge you need for your best results. All levels welcome. Outdoor Boot Camp - Wednesday - 7/14-7/28 - 7:30am-8:30am - Sedgwick Park- CANCELLED

Outdoor Yoga Sculpt - Thursday - 7/15-7/29 - 9:30am-10:15am- Sedgwick Park - CANCELLED
Yoga Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Please bring a mat and a water bottle to class.
