Outdoor Total Body Conditioning

This class will improve cardiovascular fitness, agility and
strength and will help maximize calorie burn! In this workout, we
will utilize a variety of body weight conditioning, strength and
endurance exercises to provide the challenge you need for your best

This boot camp will incorporate a full body workout that uses your
own body weight to build strength and endurance. The workouts will
provide variety and challenge your upper body, lower body and core!
