Restorative Yoga: Rest, Restore and Balance for the Holidays
Give yourself the gift of "me" time and enjoy a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. Restorative Yoga is a gentle, meditative practice that uses props to fully support the body in each pose allowing the body to rest, revitalize and restore energy as well as release tension. We will practice specific restorative poses and breath techniques that will help you foster and maintain a balanced body and mind during this busy time of year. Enjoy the delicious results of letting go both physically and mentally so you can unwind, restore and finish class feeling balanced and wonderful! Treat yourself to this experience of pure bliss! All student levels are welcome. No yoga experience is necessary, and all student levels are welcome. *Please remember to bring a yoga mat and two small blankets with you and we will supply the rest of the props you will need to enjoy the workshop.
