Restorative Yoga for Lower Body Release
In this class, we will practice specific gentle and supported restorative poses and breath techniques that will help you to relax and rejuvenate your lower body, from the hips and the low back to the feet. Enjoy the delicious results of letting go both physically and mentally so you can unwind, restore and finish class feeling wonderful. Treat yourself to this experience of pure bliss!
No yoga experience is necessary and all student levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and two small blankets with you and we will supply the rest of the props. Please note that this will only run if the minimum registration is achieved.
