Yoga for Runners
Calling all runners! Whether you are a casual runner or training for a marathon, come join Sarah for a yoga workshop focused on runners. Sarah has been a certified yoga teacher since 2013 and an avid runner for over 20 years. She has run six marathons and numerous half marathons. The workshop will lead participants through a dynamic warmup, strengthening poses, and long, deep stretches. The workshop will focus on the needs of runners, including core strength and a variety of useful stretches for the lower body, including the hips and legs.
