Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga might best be described as a supported, conscious mind/body relaxation practice. When supported with props, the poses can be held longer and without muscular effort to help release physical and mental tensions and stress! Please bring a yoga mat and small blanket to class. This class is open to all fitness levels.
