Restorative Yoga: Head to Toe Release Restorative Yoga is a gentle, meditative practice that uses props to fully support the body in each pose which allows the body to rest, revitalize, and restore energy as well as release tension. Enjoy the results of letting go both physically and mentally so you can unwind, restore, and finish class feeling wonderful. No yoga experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat and two small blankets.
